ProtoConvert: Vendor Logo & Usage Policy (v2026.1)
1. Purpose
To protect the intellectual property of our partners and ensure that ProtoConvert maintains a professional, legally
compliant image in all sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
2. General Rule: “Referential Use Only”
Our sales team may use vendor logos only for referential purposes (to show that our gateways, like the PG-K30A,
are compatible with their systems). We must never imply that ProtoConvert is the same company as the vendor
or that the vendor has officially sponsored our specific product unless a formal partnership agreement is in place.
3. Logo Placement & Design Standards
To avoid “Brand Confusion” we follow these visual rules:
- No Alterations: We do not stretch, rotate, or change the colors of a vendor logo. If the original is green
(Siemens) or red (Honeywell), keep it that way. - Clear Space: We maintain a “breathing room” around vendor logos. We do not overlap them or place
them so close to each other that they look like a single combined logo. - Solid Backgrounds: We always place vendor logos on a clean, solid background (preferably white) to
ensure legibility.

5. Mandatory Trademark Attribution
Every marketing document such as catalogue, brochures, flyers that feature vendor logo must include a legal
footer in respective document

6. Prohibited Actions
- We do Not use a vendor logo as our profile picture on social media.
- We do Not use a vendor logo on our business cards.
- We do Not create a “joint logo” (e.g., ProtoConvert and Honeywell logos merged together).
